Recruit. Are you or people in your congregation/parish naturally competitive? Try Recruiting a certain number of Mentors by a Certain Date. See Which Congregations/Parishes are Doing So Here.

Sponsor. It roughly costs $120/month to recruit and sustain one youth mentor within a local partner organization. Sponsor a youth mentor or a couple to ensure kids get the intentional and caring relationship they need.
